Soft (40-45D): Ideal for gently rolling over muscle trigger points by hand. Suitable for pressing and massaging the chest, palms, and shoulders/neck. Easily deforms under heavy pressure.
Medium (50-60D): Suitable for pressing and rolling against a wall. Ideal for relaxing the arms, back, and calves.
Firm (65D and above): Suitable for pressing on high-pressure areas such as the soles of the feet. Resists deformation even under firm pressure.
