Our exercise mat combines a 1.5mm rubber layer with an 8.5mm TPE base, supportive and rapid rebound. Its unique construction resists deformation under pressure, eliminating the risk of sinking and maintaining stability during practice.
2. Can I use the this mat with my shoes on?

To prolong the lifespan of the yoga mat, we discourage the use of footwear during practice. Because the shoe soles will rip the mat surface, particularly on the TPE layer.
